News Release: Lau Vietnamese Pho Ribbon Cutting 10/3/2024

Bethpage, NY - Bethpage Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Wednesday October 9th, 2024, we will be conducting a ribbon cutting for our new chamber member Lau Vietnamese Pho. The ceremony will take place at 4037b Hempstead Tpke, Bethpage from 11am to 12pm. Their phone number is 516-855-0025.
 
The owner Jacki Li is excited to open a Vietnamese restaurant on Hempstead Turnpike in the busy Bethpage Plaza shopping center. The restaurant was formerly known as Ruby Crab and now features Pho which is considered Vietnam’s national dish. It is said to be influenced by both Cantonese and French cultures.
 
Bethpage Chamber of Commerce is excited to welcome their specialty restaurant to the community.
