In a continuing effort to honor all veterans, the Bethpage American Legion is proud to bring the community together for a US flag retirement ceremony. Wednesday, October 29 at 5:30 PM.
Members of the American Legion, a military honor guard, members of the Bethpage Fire Dept, and students from the Bethpage school district will participate in a brief ceremony, retiring and honoring the US American flag.
We will also bring recognition of the fact that the Vietnam war ended 50 years ago, World War II ended 80 years ago, and our nation will all honor all veterans on November 11, 2025.
