Unfurling: Seeds of Change Workshop

This workshop has been crafted to provide participants with a general understanding of what manifestation is, some of its techniques and how growing plants can be a tool used to enhance the manifestation process. Through hands-on activities, guided meditations, and reflective discussions, students will learn how to manifest their desires by nurturing the growth of seedlings, symbolizing the manifestation process in their own lives.

 

• Seeds of Change plant kits for each participant (all kits include pots, soil, seeds).

- Welcome and introduction to the workshop.

- Brief overview of manifestation and its connection to plant growth. - Setting intentions for the workshop.

- Guided visualization: Imagining desired outcomes as seeds planted in the mind.

- Reflective journaling: Writing down thoughts and emotions that arise during visualization.

- Explanation of the plant kits and materials provided.

- Step-by-step instructions for planting seeds in plant kits.

- Participants plant their seeds while focusing on their intentions for manifestation.

- Group discussion: Sharing experiences and insights from the planting ritual.

- Reflective prompts: How does nurturing plant growth relate to manifesting desires in your life?

Gratitude and Closing (15 minutes)

- Gratitude circle: Each participant expresses gratitude for something in their life.
